Per Ed Goodhue: "Col Cragg actually asked this question on his first Parade as new Wing Commander. I was there with my camera -" This was drawn not long after the TV show "Rawhide" had began to be broadcast in Britain. Throughout his life Ernie was a fan of Westerns, and he watched "Rawhide" regularly. He adopted the "Head 'em Up! Move 'em Out" tagline from "Rawhide" episodes, and used it the rest of his life, in the early days frequently to get his sons Ed and Pete moving. During his first parade, after giving the command "Pass in Review", he made the "Head 'em Up..." comment quietly to the reviewing line. Clearly Ed Goodhue had sharp ears, which lead to this drawing. Note the head of a longhorn cow behind the second formation. At high resolution the line coming from it's mouth is seen to be "moo-moo"
