This picture of Ed Goodhue was published in "The Wingman". The caption read: "Artist . . . A1C Edward W. Goodhue, a photographic specialist, is a multi-talented airman who has offered some of his cartoon material to the Wingman. The 28 year old Lebanon, N.H., native has been at Wethersfield for two years." During the year that Ernie was Wing Commander he was a subject of Ed Goodhue's drawing pen on four occasions. A web search after Ernie's death revealed these drawings on the RAF Wethersfield web site (http://www.geocities.com/WallStreet/Exchange/4671/). Unfortunately Ed Goodhue had died. His widow provided three of these drawings. the fourth was downloaded from the RAF Wethersfield web site. He signed all his drawings "Messed up by Ed Goodhue"
